What User doesn't like about Woodward Tavern:
we will never return. this is one of the worst experiences we had eaten out. it is far too expensive for the frozen food that it serves. fish and chips were defrost, terrible and over price. the chicken tacos were rough and had very little on them with conservensalsa. $10 milkshakes for nestle quik and ice? it was terrible. Food is fresh and worth another try. The atmosphere for an early dinner and an older set of clients was way too loud and the attentiveness of the service staff was woeful.
My family and I came down for fourth of July to visit the beach ?️ stopped in here for a quick lunch before we headed back home. I must say it's a jewel must try for sure! Nicole was super sweet and helpful working the bar and trying to get us seated as well. Tim was our server he was great very personable helped us pick some delicious sandwiches. My husband had the patty melt and I had the buffalo fried chicken sandwich! Amaaaaaazing! The prices were reasonable and we have a large family. Left happy and ready to hit the road. Thanks for a wonderful meal and chill atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomedParking: First come first serve
Great food, staff, atmosphere. We ordered a bit of everything (wings, pizza, burgers, appetizers) all was delicious. The staff really seemed to know their beers too!Food: 5/5
The pizza cost $2 more than what was printed on menu and the steak feta salad cost $1 more than the menu price. The pizza was slightly better than a little Caesar's pizza and the steak in the salad was like a steak um.
I will never door dash here again. Picture is self explanatory. This is a pizza with extra pepperoni, red and green peppers, and onions. No extra pep, two red pepper pieces, and no onions. Waste. Of. Money.
