The McAllister Club was so good, the young man who took my order was friendly and polite. I was disappointed that the extra bacon I was charged on my sandwich was not included. I told him before I left, there was no compensation. This was my first time, it'll take a while to get back. But the food was excellent View all feedback.

Love this place everytime we go! I always get the 2 Cesare Chicken Salad and half sandwich
McAlister's in Mt. Prospect recently catered an event for us, and I can't say enough good things about them. Great food (fresh sandwiches with a good amount of fillings), order entirely correct, super friendly when delivered, and delivered when expected!

A complete sandwich was missing from my order and their app does not offer any other place to let them know to get a refund. the only possibility is to submit a generic survey on its website. it seems the last few times I order from here, they always forget something. hope that the service improves
