"Mid morning, needing a coffee we stopped at Dayboro Bakery. Only access to shop is via several steps. Confronted with large range of cakes, bread and buns. Coffee whilst of a good - high quality was only available in "take away" cardboard type cups/mugs. Seating was at tables, on a community verandah outside shop overlooking street. One had to contend with flies and other insects. After ordering and pre paying at the counter, coffee was brought to your table."

"Amazingly quirky cafe in Fernvale serving great food, coffee and lots of baked goodies to tempt.. (next door to Lifeline). Even exchange books outside! Owners are warm and friendly and menu is reasonably priced. Call in for breakfast, lunch or coffee and something yum!!. Food is excellent.....plentiful, well presented and beautifully cooked. Fernvale is close to Lake Wivenhoe, free camping a couple of klms north of Fernvale for motorhomes/vans, campers etc. A real find for those on the road and a great place for catching up with friends or family. "The food was great. Unfortunately we had to inhale it and didn't get to enjoy it the way we would have if it didn't arrive before our Puppy cuddle experience. The Puppies are gorgeous. Maybe less people at each session so everyone gets a turn at having a cuddle. Was still a lovely experience though."

"You honestly can't get better food or service than at LITSE, very extensive menu, the best service in Brisbane, we always go in a large group and everyone loves their meals, Jess has the most amazing memory and never gets any order wrong.... she even remembers what you ordered last time you were there 6 months ago !!! "I enjoy visiting and eating at Eatons hill Tavern, the only criticism was the butter had melted and when I opened it my new pants got most of it. Maybe increase the chip portion also when we are paying almost $50 for a steak, I'll be back though."

"Untrained staff who weren't aware of the food or drink menu. Our starter plates were left on the table for 45 minutes. Waiter gave half of our meal to the wrong table and then mixed our meals up. Won't be returning."
