When we booked this restaurant we were uncertain as we had two vegetarians in our party and there was not a lot on the menu to accommodate but they insisted that they would do a special menu. When we arrived they told us that they had no tofu! We nearly left but agreed to stay and I must say that the food was exceptional and the vegetarians were also extremely impressed. I started working at Tsubo restaurant in August 2015. I have still not been paid for my last week's work at the restaurant as the owner Voltaire left without any notice after promising pay.
