We experienced absolutely terrible service. We waited for minutes for drinks and over an hour for our entrees in an almost empty restaurant. The waiter left glasses empty for long periods of time. Food was good but didn’t make up for the poor service read more.

the alcove is a beautiful location with friendly and competent service. our server neglected the brot she had promised to the table. the brussel sprout side dish was very good, but the sirloin was dry and hard and had the texture that suggested it was precooked and reheated. the filet was better, but still was dry compared to other steaks I enjoyed read more.
