We've been going to Orange Teriyaki off and on for years and while it's always had a consistency issue our most recent order was a disastrous low.We ordered orange chicken and sesame chicken, both dishes were indeed hot upon delivery but the meat dishes were overflowing with sauce and the chicken was overcooked. "This place is super cute. It was really busy so I was glad I ordered ahead. It was slightly confusing as to where to pick up my order and took a while to get helped. They seemed overwhelmed with the lineup of people. I eventually was asked if I had a pickup order but perhaps a clearer system or a bell to ring to indicate you are not just waiting after paying in the main lineup would be helpful? But overall a good experience . I got the multigrain, the miche and a dessert. The treat was delicious and I really like the miche. I will go back for both. The multigrain was good too but the miche was the star."

"This place screws up my order every single time. They give forks to eat soup, no napkins, and my sandwich is always done wrong. The employees clearly don't care at all and management needs to do something about it. I have never had a good experience there so I will not be returning. Don't eat there or support their carelessness."
