I had an amazing experience at this Dunkin Donuts the other day. I called to place a large Togo order and it was ready for me when I arrived. The gentleman was incredibly friendly, asking about my day and helping me carry the order out to my car. The coffee was hot and the donuts delicious. What Kala V doesn't like about Dunkin':
Here is our lovely staff at 7:51 pm with the drawer already pulled out. (They were closing at 8, I've ran a couple of stores before and to my knowledge you're not supposed to pull out the drawer till it's officially closed hours) Waited at the drive thru for five mins, then tried to go inside to order but the door was locked and the staff ducked trying to hide except one of them who didn't care to.
