I am allergic to milk and they will wash the spoon, but one day someone without milk allergies asked for a non-milk ice cream and they do not wash the spoon. Before they put on the spoon they have the milk ice cream. So if someone who has no milk argien does not get milk ice cream and don't wash the spoon that has milk ice cream on him.
