The selection looked real tasty but it was disappointing to hear that they couldn’t substitute oat milk for the specialty items. Especially since the oat milk option was presented at the bottom of the screen, in which the specialty items took up over 80% of the screen, so it felt a bit misleading. What Apple Zhao doesn't like about Boba Bliss:
I asked no ice for the crème brûlée boba milk, and they said they can’t do it… Literally they can just NOT putting ice in there, I don’t mind if the drink is not full I just don’t want it cold. They refused and said the best they can do is less ice. I said okay, please let them know put as little ice as possible.
