What User doesn't like about Shaffer Cafe:
Dreadful half-cooked food ( chicken wing) even after I sent it back to the kitchen (Salad was also heated)... Could just eat a small amount... Rock hard chairs, very cold in the restaurant, although it was sunny outside... Also my friend's enchilada was horrible, and we're not gourmets... This is the only negative evaluation I've ever written. View all feedback.
