What Thierry Rabearijao doesn't like about Fontaine Clerissy:
3 stars because I think it’s average : Breton restaurant (according to the menu) in the Var. The pancakes are classic, nothing more. I ordered a Thai dish in a Breton restaurant in the Var, spot the mistake it was super spicy (not spicy but spicy), I can still tolerate chili but for the whole dish it was too much. Service: there was only one server so a bit of a wait even though it is a small restaurant. No more, not smiling but not unpleasant. If you are very hungry and all the restaurants around are full, enjoy your meal.
Strongly advised against arriving before 12 noon! Obnoxious and aggressive manager (words chosen objectively). Terrace set up with customers seated at 11:30 a.m...
read morebeautiful place on the way to the parking lot. fast and pleasant service. fresh and generous dishes. not excessive in the price. I highly recommend
a small snack, where the dishes are generous and good. No chichi but very pleasant. waitress up and very pleasant. you can leave without hesitation
