"This restaurant is located in a sleepy village called Chenerailles, in Creuse. From the outside, it doesn't seem like it can be a gourmet restaurant, but it's a great destination for foodie of French cuisine. I have been to this restaurant four times during the past five years, the quality of the food, flavor and presentation are always excellent. I am always find the price to be very affordable compare to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseilles or south of France. I highly recommend this restaurant if you happen to be nearby or on your way to another village. I really do think it's a must stop destination for good food."

"We have a house in Sornac about 15km from Feniers.The Restaurant des Sources is one of the best in the region.Excellent food on Sundays and during the week very reasonable plat du jour.We have found it very difficult to contact them to make bookings and usually resort to calling in and booking in person.They don't seem to answer the phone or emails.Well worth making the effort though."

"Formule le midi à 5 euros l'entrée ( joue de porc excellente et copieuse), un plat à 10 euros: nous avons choisi un burgger creusois excellent avec steak cuit à la demande, jambon et fromage de pays,et frites maison; dessert en général à 5 ou 6 euros ( très bonnes profiteroles au chocolat) .Tout cela servi en une heure avec efficacité et sourire dans une salle agéablement rafraîchie par de grands ventilateurs au plafond.Si nous repassons dans la région, nous reviendrons volontiers!!!"
