The best part of my experience at the restaurant was the friendly cashier. I ordered the 12 piece chicken Supreme, but the cashier had trouble finding it on the register. She had to ask her manager for help, who seemed annoyed with her. I also ordered an 8 piece chicken with biscuits. I have never had such poor service at a Bojangles before. I had been eager to try dining at Bojangles for a while, so when I was in the southeastern US, I decided to visit this particular location. Unfortunately, they were out of Mac and Cheese and coleslaw. Additionally, my wife was unable to change her side dish after the order was placed and before payment.
