I have the green leaf salad and it was delicious. it felt so fresh and the smells were great. my friend had sar pia with tofu and that was also very good. many veggie and vegan options and the service was super fast, although it was quite quiet. if they never tried burmese food, I would definitely recommend a visit! The Swan sells Thai food and unique Burmese food. A lot of places in Chiang Mai sell one or two Burmese dishes but this place has a whole load of them. They have lots of different varieties of salads and they are all vegan or are at least able to be made vegan easily. They are very tasty. They do vegan curries as well but they can be quite oily.
