"The Sparkling Bistro, alias The Art of Fine Dining, otherwise I can't call it. The fact that the individual courses were excellently matched, exceptionally delicious and luxurious was given nothing else I had expected. An absolute surprise, and I speak of many years of experience in the upscale gastronomy, was the choreography of the whole evening from the team. I have rarely experienced such a measure of stylish and competent, at the same time pleasantly reduced but attentive service.
