We loved to come to Hoiz for great dinner with excellent tasty food and great wines. The last time we went there were not 100% satisfied. We had the beef tartar for starter. Unfortunately there was so much pepper on the tartar that you couldn’t taste the meat any more. We told the waiter, he didn’t seem to care much, didn’t offer to change the food or apologized.
