The Bograch at this restaurant in Transcarpathia is incredibly delicious - you'll want to lick the plate clean! We also tried the meatballs (so good I had to sneak bites from my husband) and the Caesar salad, which was one of the best I've ever had, even compared to restaurants in Kyiv.
