This place offered such authentic food! I visited Seattle on a business trip, and I can guarantee this was my favorite spot during my visit. I've tried tons of Japanese food in my life, and I think this will be my top choice in Seattle. The Chirashi bowl was so fresh, and the high-quality fish practically melted in my mouth.
