Cedar Crest Inn - Mulhurst Bay

Had the breakfast buffet with my two Kidlets. Everything was delicious, waitress was so friendly and helpful. Had a great brunch for a great price!

So a nice cozy place to eat some real home cooked loops!!! Nice lil drive in the country to get there too, crank some melodies and enjoy a relaxing ride to a nice yet relaxing restaurant, almost on the waterfront. Fair prices and large portions!!! Also ingenious fish and chips!!! Oh and the salads are HUGE!!!?

I would have given 5 stars if I had visited the restaurant for the first time. The first time I left, they had just closed, but the responsible woman said she would do everything she could still put in the deep edge, she made us the most amazing wings and chicken strips and packed them with vegetables. Overall it looked like a meal I got on a cruise ship, once a photo of. The second time I ordered a pizza and it came burned black and so thin I couldn't eat it. I complained, but the waitress asked me how to pay for it. I also got the cost of a big pizza that was almost double when I only bought a kid, so I paid for it and returned the following day to show it to the manager. They offered me 50% of another little pizza so we had another pizza at the right 50% cost that was much better. I returned one last time to buy a pizza that said S $12 M $16 or L $24 and my debit shows that I paid over $34 and ordered only water with a lemon while I waited. I paid from Tap I had the same waitress as the day I got the burned pizza I noticed that I had paid $41 to make the $6 of another pizza the same size offer was a joke. I will not return here again, which is regrettable, as I am here all the time. Now I'm going to the village on the Pigeon Lake

My family and I ordered Steak with Pommes. The food lasted half an hour and was freezing! The steak was extremely tiny and not cooked to my pleasure and we gave only a small amount of frits. All for $16! What a waste of money. And the Caesars tasted Bland! Will NOT be back.

As a local, we've been to the Cedar Crest restaurant over decades and witnessed many incarnations. Some much better than others. Yesterday's experience was probably the best! We like to opt for the lounge (I like the booths). We were greeted and seated professionally. I ordered from the menu and my wife had the special of the day. Food arrived hot and faster than I thought possible....It was terrific! Service was spectacular and personable. Yes, we will be back! Thank you!!
