The ambience is quite cozy, service is really good but i was not satisfied with my order. I ordered Chocolate milkshake but got a watery drink with little to no taste at all. 3/10 for shake but can't say the same about cake and other menu items. And all the items are highly overpriced. "Visited Gloria Jean's after a long time. Very low standardss of hygiene. Burger had a hair stuck to it on the side and the cold coffee cups seemed like had not been cleaned. The red velvet cup cake was also very dry. Very expensive and a waste of money. I definitely do not recommend it."
