best steak house in the city. the staff is amazing, everything on the menu is delicious and the spices are generous. they will never return to one of the “Big Chain” restaurants. this place buy cheap meat and focus only on win. timber takes care of their customers and remembers their names. I've been coming to Timbers since college. It came back today after a while. Bartender were always kind. Not today. Who has short brown hair is awfully rude. I asked if I had a shot and she said I don't know, right? I gave birth, so it really upset me. I tipped them, 30% on my tab, because I don't believe in the bleeding of wages, but damn it.
