"Finally made the trip from montoursville to check it. yes, it is a cool place. it is well maintained and clean. the beers were frosty cold and the food was delicious. good place to stop and cool. not much personal, but what they have is great. fun local tavern with beautiful sitting places in free, firefighters, swing and sometimes karaoke or dj at the weekend. and I have read some of the comments about service or speed. come with the time to cool. the people seem to appear in spores, so they may have to wait for attention. if this is the case, order 2 beer at a time. be wise, not rude. do not expect the waldorf Astoria-type service on a mountain in pa. we had fun, met many natives who were friendly and linguistic, and had a great time overall. say hello the rich guy who lives in the quiet area on the road for me! kidding, lol, but notice what I do. thank you for the tip brenda checked the place, we were not disappointed. be good!"

"Great service. Wings were great. My Dad mentioned that they are one of the few places he can actually get a hamburger rare when he orders. Must be good meat to do that. Price is very reasonable. Worth the trip from area towns."

"To be fair, Georgia Your fish sandwich probably tasted bland, which is why you should have ordered lettuce and tomato. Not everyone likes them, so we do not automatically add them. I 'm sure our waitress would have happily supplied your desired toppings, free of charge. The turkey we use for our clubs is baked in house, consistancy can be challenging, but we do our best. This is one of our top sellers that many people love, so were going to leave it the way it is: As for the grilled cheese with mayonnaise added on... Two less slices of bread would result in a burnt cheese and tomato mess on our grill. Mayonnaise was added to the sandwich, if you could 've used another cup we would have happily given you as much as your heart desired. Thank you for your kind remarks about our staff, we strive to be family friendly and always at our customers service. Which is what triggered this response, your lack of communication is the cause of your sub-par lunch. We would have gladly made any issue right... but first, we must know about it. Thanks"
