What Lazy Beagle likes about Carnitas Don Chuy:
Been here twice. Making it part of my mundelein restaurant (I'm a local) rotation. I've only had the carnitas torta and I'm not sure when I'll get around to trying anything else because that torta is so excellent it will be hard not to keep ordering it! Owner (I think) took my order and was very polite thanking me for coming in. Love this new find! View all feedback.

"I love their quality of bread, but this is not enough if a service for customers. This review refers to their customer service quality, I would give it a zero. I called on Wednesday 3 May at 4am and a very rude lady answer to the phone that showed a lot of attitude. I wish I had asked her name because she shouldn't work in customer service if she is not willing to treat customers with respect. I can understand if she had a bad day, but because of her actions customers can turn away. Quality of products and services for the customer goes hand in hand. Please train the staff better, your business deserves it."
