8:30 pm last night this happened!Absolutely aweful experience. My sons mom is in the hospital and my son tried to call in his order and told the lady that I was on my way to pick it up. She wouldn’t take my sons order over the phone! I was livid!I walked in and asked her why she would take my sons order on the phone.
