My husband and I tried the BananaLeaf for the first time on 24-June-2018 for breakfast: was quite delightful (retaining a few smaller Fauxpas). This popup place uses other restaurants for Sunday brunch, which is very cool. they had a healthy and large selection of food.
The food and the drinks were good. the place was not particularly well maintained (I also understand that is a pop-up shop), but the prices are as high as in more modern places in the university district. they wait a bit.
My man and I tried the bananaleaf for the first time on 24-June-2018 to the breakfast: was quite attractive (containing a few smaller fauxpas.) I think the wait personnel just got used to the layout (and each other), so no big complains: only (for the staff) they make sure that all customers have water glasses so that they can help themselves with the jug of infused water. (or, as a customer, they ask for water glasses immediately in relation to the food: tasty, mild harmonious! also try their homemade icy! and the atmosphere is really cozy and welcoming! please go support bananaleafs ursache by visiting them to the breakfast / brunch. sustainable, vegan, delicious!
