"Squel is not known for gastronomic so outstanding. There are very few decent places to eat. but chaste maria is located in the center of the village, it is open from 8am until well in the evening (closed during the day on Sundays except in high season) and has an excellent and joyful staff. the food is basic, but well prepared. the highlights for many are lemon merengue cakes, fruit salads and freshly squeezed juices."
