"Arrived to pick up our order on Friday and they did not have it ready. The man was very rude and claimed we never even placed the order. After a couple of minutes he actually found our order but instead of putting it down for Friday they put it down for Tuesday. Prior to that we had to even prove on our phone that we actually did call Highway bakery because he just would not believe us. So they wrote down the wrong date but refused to admit that they did. He said he would support his employee rather than the customer and said that we were not telling the truth. I am totally done with Highway bakery. We left there and went down to Pearson's who were wonderful and gave us just what we want it"

"New owners bought this business recently and still have the same name and same food menu but are not honoring gift cards bought under the same name from the old owners. This is NOT good customer service on their part. When they rebrand their establishnent, I or my family surely will not give our hard earned money to these owners that don 't care about us!!"

"Excellent service! Ms.Jessica was so kind when helping my husband and I. We'll definitely be eating there again. The food was great! My husband enjoyed the San Juan skillet and i drooled over the apple cinnamon pancakes."

"Been ordering from this place for a very long time and as of late the pizza hasn't been that good at all. Not to mention, order carryout, go in to pick up and the girl gets my order and throws it on the counter with no care all while the other employees are standing next to her on their phones. Management really needs to reevaluate things because this place used to be a gem and now it's nothing more than second rate cold pizza. Find yourself some new employees while you're at it because if they don't care enough to set your food on the counter rather than throwing it then they don't need to be there.
