I love the liempo here, I would've given a 5 rating for the liempo but sometimes the liempo is bordering on sunog, to the point of tasting bitter. I've maybe bought liempo to go here at least 8x. Of the 8x, 6 were just perfect while 2x tasted charred. Most recent purchase was two weeks ago and thankfully, it was perfectly done. We always buy their liempo when we feel lazy to cook at home. It’s cooked to perfection and the skin of the pork is really crunchy. I don’t like their dipping sauce though. I still prefer the bottled lechon sauce bought from the grocery with their liempo. read more.

"Came here during our vacation in the philippines it was mesmerizing. The food is absolutely delicious, all of them are cooked fresh (some even on the spot). I love all the options and how vast the varieties are. I could stay here for hours... And the halo halo bar!! OMG THE BEST! I loved the make your own gulaman part too. this was definitely the place to be. Staff and service in the philippines is one of a kind, so can never complain about that! It's also located in the beautiful Hyatt Hotel at City of Dreams in Manila."
