the rise of light is noted. in the elevator you can see more air conditioning than on the first floor. on top of a LED spot has martyred us with a terrible blink. Otherwise a good place. View all feedback.

"We were looking for a restaurant in Cartagena and this was listed although not in the main town. So we went the following day. The young servers were welcoming, knowledgeable and charming. Both food and wine recommended was excellent and fairly priced. There were lots of locals, which is always reassuring! Sit in the front room. There is a lovely walk along the seafront for afterwards."
