Having grown up in Texas I've eaten at restaurants from Matamoros to El Paso and I know authentic Mexican food. This food is authentic, just not of the highest quality. The chile rellenos batter was good, but the pablano was stale. The frijoles were good. But, for heaven's sake, stay away from the churros. They were hard, dry, and all I could taste was the cinnamon. read more.
