Chick-fil-a - Feedback

What Chiquita Mays doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
Had to wait in drive thru for over 20 minutes and I kept saying hello , the young girl answer back saying hold on, I sat there with no cars in the front of me nor behind me so why couldn’t you take my order sooner… I said hello a few more times she answer then says … go ahead with your order. First time visiting this location, and it is what one expects from Chick-Fil-A, whoosh is quite different from most ovations I have encountered in this area. Warm, nice atmosphere from the staff, my order was taken quickly and my food was brought to the table quickly and was very hot.
