Horrible....horrible....horrible!I placed an order online for pickup. The confirmation stated 17 minutes for pickup. That was enough time for me to drive there give or take 5 additional minutes. People with attitudes ??I calmly sat and waited no arguing, fussing nor cusing.Customer is a huge reason for return service. When the customer service is horrible, the power of sharing that experience is even more powerful. I promise you one thing I never took my eyes off of the cook and what was being prepared. I didn't want any special sauces I did not order added to my order.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian/Vegan all foods to include meat is cooked on the same grill.

ZERO STARS! Worst customer service I've ever had at Waffle house. We decided to eat at waffle house today with our family and it was the worst decision. As soon as we drove in we saw the employees (2 females) just sitting there at a table, doing nothing. They started talking within each other and then started making hand gestures to us to go away. When they saw us getting out the car, they started flicking us off. Never felt so disrespected in my life. By far the worst experience. Employees like that should not be allowed to work there. We will not be returning to this waffle house again.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. However, the cook needs a bit more training. My omelette was barely an omelette. Half of the egg was gone. The onions, tomatoes and jalapenos were exposed. My toast was not toasted. Just 2 pieces of stale bread with butter on the inside. I should have checked it after hearing the waitress say make sure that bread is fresh. Had I checked I would have gotten fresh today. I'm upset I provided an extra tip to them because the food was all bad. I never have had a bad experience at waffle House.
Stopped in here to get me a snack and my dogs a little treat. I ordered 4 large sausages, not sure what she called to the cook, but I only saw 6 pieces of sausage and when I mentioned that I had ordered 4 large sausage, Cici stayed that I had an attitude. When I asked to see the ticket, she refused to let me see it. The rest of the order was placed on the grill after the cook stated that he only had one side on. When I checked out, the server did not get my normal tip. Will be placing a complaint online, since this is the only way to file a complaint.
