They too often get the order wrong. The quality is ok, but you often get the wrong crust thickness or toppings or missing, or were not what you ordered. Not always ready by the time you ordered, even when you come in and staff is just standing there, with 0 other orders on the shelf, and they are not busy doing anything at all.
