We came for drinks and snacks right after skiing. It is possible to order your meal via the Laax App. All service personnel was very friendly and helpful. We came for some drinks and snacks after an intense skiing day. Service was friendly just a bit slow. Also dirty dishes were not taken and blocked sever tables for over half an hour without any service. No change since our last visits in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
