"Ich war schon einige Jahre nicht mehr im Trois Tours, dieses Mal war ich ziemlich enttäuscht vom Gebotenen. Das Essen war geschmacklich gut, aber nicht wirklich innovativ und das Dessert erinnerte sogar an eine Kreation aus den 80er-Jahren. Der Speisesaal bedarf unbedingt einer Auffrischung und die Bedienung (chef de service?) war sehr miesepetrig drauf."

"Lunched here on a Friday afternoon after reading the reviews in TA. The restaurant was already half full when we arrived at about noon. Some tables were even reserved. Luckily we still managed to get a table for two. Service was fast. We ordered two...ice tea (CHF4.50 per glass), cacik (CHF8, a dish of cucumber, yogurt, garlic, parsley) as starter to share and eglifilet with tartare sauce and fries (CHF27) and a 150g zander fillet cooked in lemon sauce (roughly CHF29 if not mistaken). Food arrived quickly. Cacik went very well with the warm breads. The zander fillet was excellent with the lemon sauce and rice. Food was delicious although I thought the portions are a bit smaller relative to servings in other restaurants nearby."

"In April I went to the Hueb for the first time and since it was so delicious, I went again in the same month. The Cordon Bleu are very good! On my second visit, however, I was very disappointed with the service. There were two of us and we each ordered a cordon bleu with fries. When the food was delivered, one came with spaetzli. We complained because we ordered fries and both plates were taken away. The correct side dish then came and was served with the comment that they hope it was the right cordon bleus. I already said that I hope so too, since I can 't tolerate onions, but thought that this was just supposed to be a funny saying. Long story short, after a few bites, we noticed that the cordon bleus were really swapped (the contents were the same except for the onions). We exchanged it back, reported the error to the service department when asked and pointed out my intolerance again. While eating the dessert, what was bound to happen happened: I got severe stomach cramps and ended up on the toilet. We paid immediately and pointed out our now broken evening. At home I sat on the toilet until after midnight with severe cramps. I think they should have given us dessert or at least the drinks... Please find a solution to tag your Cordon Bleus! flags for example."
