Wasn't the cleanest, but the staff was amazingly nice! Had a good time
30 minutes waiting for my food. the food broke out, the burger was cold, the pommes were decent and the workers were less than friendly. if I wanted a cold burger, I'd be better to go to the dollar tree
Imagine ordering in the grundeis from the menu and hearing the worker sufzer. yes sigh the microphone. rude is an understatement, useless is more like it. I don't get it when the work on the dairy queen isn't her fortunately they are everywhere jobs. save their time, energy and sanity go anywhere else! peanut buster parfait?
Refused service in the lobby at 8:25 p.m. on a Sunday night. The posted closing time was 10 p.m. and the doors were unlocked
Every time I go here, they either get my order wrong or I don’t get what I ordered. Not to mention they make you wait for your order for like 15-20 minutes when their not even busy. It’s always something with them. Staff needs to get it together as far as serving their customers. Management needs to crack down at the Muscle Shoals location.
