Sher's Bear Den Cafe

Called in and met the new owner who has moved from Toronto for the quiet life. The family are from Hungary and were very welcoming. Just had tea and muffins for brunch but all was presented well. The Toilet was very clean and the place has been nicely redecorated from the old owners 6 months ago. The cooked breakfast looked lovely

GREAT food made fresh. I had soup and sandwich but tasted as tho I was in a fancy restaurant! YUMMMMM . Fresh homemade bread. Can't beat that!

The Bears Den has changed hands, I think its called The Harbour View Café , I have been there on two occasions and the servings are big and the price is good . The bread rolls are cooked fresh daily . I will post more information when I can confirm the correct name, My travellers Tip is if you are hungry and on Highway

Friendly people, lots of bears about. We had Seafood chowder and fish cake meal. Food was filling and tasty. Home made food and pies. Had butterscotch pie which was great. Server friendly. Locals at neighboring table gave tips on the menu selection. good experience.

Stopped in here as we were waiting to pick up family from the airport I also had a craving for McNuggets.
