Was in Muzaffarabad on a family trip and wanted to try something Kashmiri that the locals ate. Heard about this place and their Goshtabas. Convinced a bus load of family members to one meal in a local type restaurant, and got there. Goshtaba is a mutton meatball made by beating the meat, and not grinding it.
