The service was great. Dee took care of us very well. She was prompt, informative and polite. The kitchen wanted to get our order out. The food was delicious. We're definitely coming back. The only reason I couldn't give a 5-star rating is the place a little dated. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Michaels Pizza Pasta Grill:
Asked for a Root Beer, No Root Beer. Asked for Lasagna, No lasagna. Settled for a pie. The Mega. This thing was a wreck. The toppings were a after thought. Huge chunks of rough chopped onions made it a topographic landscape. When a slice was picked up all the toppings fell off, because no cheese was binding them to stick. The pizza was good. The crust was oven style. Not too thin or thick, crispy and just right. The garlic knots were pretty decent. Good menu options for pasta and salads.
For a small family Italian restaurant the food and the service was outstanding...Being from out of town this was a pleasant dining meal.Service was quick,food was superb and the waitress outdid herself

Best pizza in the area! I've been going here for over 20 years. They have never disappointed me.
(PROS) Friendly waitress and the chef salad was awesome. (CONS) The large mega pizza was not cheesy AT ALL. The toppings wouldn’t stay on the pizza because there wasn’t much cheese on it. I had to knock 2 stars off for that because we mainly came for the pizza. The garlic parmesan wings had no flavor. They just taste like wings sitting in olive oil with parmesan cheese sprinkled on them. I would try Michael’s again but I would probably just stick to the salads and the garlic cheese bread. Pass on the pizza
