I'm freezing back here when it was ho wah and loved it and it hated her to see close. I didn't know they were the same owners, and that's still fabulous. I got the steak garnel and huh with sweetening and it was great also some scallops that were much for the price and extra sweet. Excellent service, but the food was poor. The rice had good flavor, and my wife liked the shrimp; however, the chicken and beef tasted like they were cooked with too much oil, too little soy sauce. The beef was very low quality. The atmosphere/ space is very nice. I recommend that the owners invest in better quality beef, retrain their cooking style, then increase their price to match.
