Authentic fusion of Mexican and Cuban. Strip mall location hides a gem. 13 mos old restaurant so locals are discovering. Fish excellent. The humble cod was large moist and flavorful. Called Tequila Fish. I had traditional pork shoulder Viejo Rojas with yucca. Appetizers were plantains and Cuban pork skin dish. Both flavorful and well prepared. the personal was very attentive and the ambiente was fantastic. pernil court should be desired, but mofongo was excellent.
