This place went downhill as soon as owners changed hands. 40 minutes for simple appetizers on a slow night. Shrimp tempura comes with vegetables but not here. Server uses his phone to write orders and pays no attention to the food in the window. The other employee handed us menus and we had already ordered 30 minutes before hand.
