"I have been to this tiny eatery place (established 1938) on a personal trip and stopped here to tuck in famous Idli and Bene Masala Dose. Famous celebrities have also been visited this place like Telagu supr star Chiranjivi and etc.. Idli was very soft and fluffy served with coconut chutney and little sagu . Masala dose Good to see and tasty. Finally filter coffee satisfied my morning bkf. Total cost 90 INR 2 Idli 30 INR 1 Butter Masala Dosa 45 INR 1 Coffee 15 INR Avoid coming in the vehicle, because no space for parking."

"Amazing food! Loved breakfast spread not only the diversity, but also the quality of it. A la carte options are also good. Kadhai chicken was great. The bread basket felt overpriced with two tiny breads. It was like Tandoori roti the size of a small Phulka. Everything else was great."

"We had lunch during our drive from Shimoga to Mysore. We liked the ambiance of the restaurant. It is a nice place to take a break from your long journey. Homely food and a limited menu. We had Poori thali, Parota Thali, and Palak corn rice. It was good. I said food is homely, as it is not loaded with oil. masala and additives to enhance the taste. The service is cordial and at a quicker pace. Price looks on the higher side, yet you can conveniently assume you paid extra for ambiance, it is worth it. Few comments on other facilities Timings 7.30 to 5.30 PM. washbasin is quite interesting. Car parking is convenient. I am not sure, it is sufficient during the weekend rush)."

"While the ambiance and service is good. Giving 2 star as we didn’t find any different taste in any of the items, all items taste the same because of the sauce i think. We has smoke mushroom, no smoke flavoured, instead very oily and spicy. It does feel like manchurian. Then we had chicken roast, its was so hard and spicy that you need to have drinks to have it. Then we have ordered one of the prawn starters. Again same thing so spicy and hard to eat. Prawns were fully covered with think coat of corn flour powder and there by oily. So lost the charm there also. Then in main course we had dragon chopsuey, it was good but lost its original charm like before. Somewhere I feel it’s no more that much capable of producing the correct taste. Anything you have is way beyond spicy and oily."
