"This was my first time coming here and I was not disappointed! The service was great! Everyone was very welcoming. The space is small but we were able to snag a table for two upon walking in. We didn't have a specific waiter but that was ok because everyone that came up to our table was really nice. I ordered the Carnegie which was Pastrami, melted Swiss and spicy mustard on rye bread. The meat was delicious and the bread was toasted to perfection. I upgraded to fries (3.75 I believe) and the were so good! I love fresh cut fries. Their fresh squeezed lemonade was so refreshing. Someone brought by their homemade Russian dressing and the spicy version was tasty and had great heat to it. The overall space reminded me of some of the deli spots you'd find in New York, which I thought was a nice touch. I didn't see the space upstairs but I highly recommend getting there early if you have a larger group. Other than that I think this spot is perfect for a quick bite because we didn't have to wait long at all for our food to come out. I can't wait to go back and try something new! Everything those waiters were bringing out looked delicious!"

"At my breakfast I had hair as if the bread had fallen out, something disgusting that even the desire was gone, apart from the fact that they only changed my combo and they left it there and no one came out until a girl gave it to me because I didn't even know it was mine I told them if I had it, they told me no, I should throw it away but I have photos, it looks disgusting."

"I've been here many times, so this is more of an overall reflection... When I first walked in and saw all the memorabilia from Mainz I knew this place was for me. I was born in Germany and spent years over there. Walking in felt like home. The food is made with love! The beer is strong and smooth! The atmosphere is inviting!...and then there is live music, which is and has always been on point. I can easily say I love this place! Stop by try anything from the menu, and if you're hesitant then order a pretzel, I promise you won't be disappointed. As I've said before, I've been here numerous times (to the point friends get me gift cards from here since they know how much I love it)...never have they disappointed, never has the service been questionable, slow, or just lacking...never has the food been bad...Always. Ahoy to come, always a place to be with friends or even if you just stop by for a quick pretzel and beer...I highly recommend!!!"

"It was "decent" but for the price I expect more. Changs Pei Wei are from the same parent company and I would argue that PW is much better AND cheaper. This meal was mediocre at best. Disappointed for the price. And disappointed PW is no longer in DD"
