"I stayed at the Hog Hotel with my 2 children, aged 12 and 9, and our 1 year old cockapoo. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Our room was presented to a very high standard. I have no problem recommending this Hotel."

"Found this marvellous chippy the other day at 3pm, when all the other ones in the area were shut. The portions are massive, the quality is excellent with friendly staff. They do scraps here too, I asked for these at another chippy in the area which I won't name and just got stared at. Also I was told at another chippy, which had closed just before I got there that day, that there wasn't anywhere else open. I intend to use this chippy exclusively from now on, you have free parking for half an hour right outside so why go anywhere else?? Great service, great portions and open all day. Why go anywhere else??"

"Fabulous eating I recommend the feather klinge von beef and the garden herbs, ritoni pasta and parmesan. very helpful waitress and the cook came and had a chat. sat in the garden and ruby was welcome hot evening and excellent wine."
