Dirty and trashy like the local smokers/parties like. Food is below sub par, but if you're one of the drunk locals I'm sure it's just fine.
We arrived at 6:45pm. Few tables were full (10 people between the 3 full tables) and had food when we arrived. Didn't get our food until after 8pm. Slow...
