The special stew and grilled chicken at Oota-ya were delicious. The restaurant does not use any frozen ingredients, and the pieces of meat on the skewers are large. They mainly use salt as seasoning and do not use much sauce. I thought being able to enjoy grilled chicken with just salt is a sign of their confidence in their ingredients. Out of all the yakitori restaurants I have been to, this was the best. View all feedback.
