1- You don't have proper cutlery. 2 - It's a self service restro with very uncomfortable and narrow stairs that need real skills to cope with climate disaster food ... felt like a roadies job. 3 - They don't serve plates ... so I had to wait 10 minutes before biting into the hot, cool chicken (as the bowls make them steam) 4- The power went out when I was eating. So I sat in the dark and paid service tax / fee for zero services.
