Nothing feels local as watching how 5 Okinawan aunt cooks your dish right in front of you. I ordered the Okinawan egg over rice #1 recommended plate on their menu) and it was no mistake. The taste is smooth and full of Umami. I saw the orders of other people flying past and seems like other popular dishes belong the pig and the eggplants stir fry with miso and katsudon.
