I was super disappointed: the card announced the sambre and meuse sauce (my favorite sauce) but obviously their chef never tasted it. They serve under this name a thick coulis of tomatoes raised from a few aromatic herbs, but no tarragon or fresh cream, it is a comble. and if the service was pleasant, I cannot forget how long and difficult my digestion was all night until the next afternoon.
